OUR FOUNDER
Our founder’s name is Farasat Ahmed, he is an entrepreneur and Solicitor (Lawyer) in England and Wales with demonstrated experience of working in legal services. He is also a CMC-accredited Civil, Commercial & Workplace Mediator.
Farasat is experienced in working on fast-paced, cutting-edge projects with international teams on cross-border matters. Farasat has a proven track record in corporate laws, dispute resolution, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment, litigation, private client, and real estate. Farasat has a strong understanding of the law and its application to real-world situations.
Farasat has built a versatile practice advising individuals, businesses, and entrepreneurs on complex legal and regulatory matters. His career has spanned respected London law firms such as Kingsley Wood, Bowling & Co., Judge & Priestley LLP, and Wildcat Law, where he advised on corporate transactions, commercial contracts, M&A, private wealth, and dispute resolution.
Farasat currently practises as a Consultant Solicitor at Lawhive and Kingsley Wood, where he brings a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to client matters, combining legal precision with commercial understanding. His experience includes drafting and negotiating high-value commercial agreements, advising on business and share sales, handling property transactions, and representing clients in contentious and non-contentious matters.
Alongside his commercial work, he has acted for high-net-worth individuals and families on wills, trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters, often liaising directly with HMRC and financial advisers. His approach is personable, strategic, and results-driven. He simplifies complex legal issues while ensuring clients feel supported at every stage.
