Farasat currently practises as a Consultant Solicitor at Lawhive and Kingsley Wood, where he brings a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to client matters, combining legal precision with commercial understanding. His experience includes drafting and negotiating high-value commercial agreements, advising on business and share sales, handling property transactions, and representing clients in contentious and non-contentious matters.

Alongside his commercial work, he has acted for high-net-worth individuals and families on wills, trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters, often liaising directly with HMRC and financial advisers.
